Since Halloween is on Wednesday, I wanted to host an event on the week Halloween is on; A RP event; relating to the holiday of Halloween!.
Halloween has been adopted by the Capital, and the city is full of life as kids head out to get the bags of candy that fill each house. But its also time when Thugs come out of have their fun on the Capital. Despite that the city will be protected, there will be chances of thugs here and there, but Halloween in the Capital is worth the time! As kids leave the holiday with heaps of candy! The question is are you ready for the Halloween in the Capital?
