Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share how sad I am right now. A stray cat that has been hanging around, nicknamed "Strut", is dead. I found him in the grass next to the road. I don't think he was very old, and he wasn't very fond of people. He has a curiosity about what people were, but tended to stay away. But just before he died, he and I built a rapport in which he would venture within a foot of me. He was very handsome with lovely confirmation, and he carried himself with dignity and playfulness. I know he was a stray, and that I never held him, but still, he was magnificent, and will be missed. Since then, I have given him a decent burial with the help of my neighbor and hope he is in a better place. Sorry to ramble on, I just had to get this off of my chest.

He'll be missed and at least you gave him some happiness before he passed on, dear.
That was good on you though to give him a decent burial though..
I hope he merely passed from old age, Neysa... and I don't know what else to say, other than this strikes a rather sharp chord with me.
