I would suggest just keeping an eye out on artists' journals here to see if they're offering any reduced prices for whatever reason. Sometimes they're short on cash, or need money fast, and so they temporarily lower their prices to create incentive for more commissions. That's how I've gotten the majority of my commissions done. ^.=.^
