EDIT! My dog may have anal sac disease, please help me.. ._.

My dog April has been acting funny lately, and honestly kindof a bitch (No pun intended).
She just went after my cat, Nepeta for no apparent reason, and we noticed that she was bleeding.
We searched her down, and noticed her rear was very swollen, and there was an open sore/gash.
Im worried, I dont want her to suffer, and I dont want her to be put down if it gets too bad.
Reason im going directly to the grim part is because my past two animals that got sick, my mom was
a dumbass and tried to wait it out. My dog Missy whom ive had since I was 3, she got way too sick with pyometra, and we had to put her down on 9/9/09. My cat Smokey got a UTI, and she tried to wait it out, he wouldnt eat, and we had to give him water with a needle-less syringe, a week later we took him to a vet, got him taken care of, vet said he would live, later on that night he ate, we had hope, i could actually sleep soundly that week, and at 4:00 in the morning she woke me up saying something was wrong with Smokey, he was breathing shallowly and his puples were very large. Not even 2 minutes later, he died in her arms.
I dont want my dog April to suffer one of their fates, it being too late and we need to put her to sleep, or coming home/waking up to find her dead.
I will be opening commissions for real this time, I dont want one of my best friends to be taken away from me.
I am sorry to say Prices will be kicked up a notch from last time, but only because of my dog april, once we have her taken care of, they will return to original price.
