Well, I've found this out and I see there are few Indonesian furry who well-known on it. Congrats~

I believe someone has to add him in to their database. If he already has a page on the website, then someone will need to tag/link/whatever to the Indonesian category. It's all user done so any one with an account there can do it.

I think FA admin or other members who are authorized to add some furry on that website based on his/ her popularity in FA/DA.

I dont think so. I added people and edited information. And that was having just made an account. So really anyone can who wants to spend the time to do so. Now I *think* it might have to be approved, but I dont know. Wiki's allow anyone to edit anything. Which can be both good and bad. :)
