New start for me, new flat, will hopefully have a girlfriend (things are looking okish at the moment but we have not reached the "offically a couple" point yet), will be finacially stable (not "never work again" stable but (can sort out a lot of things to make my life better" stable", all I need then is a new job (but in this finacial climate that might take a bit longer).
