So I'll be speaking with proper uniformed officials tomorrow to get this whole fun thing underway. I am TIRED of this shit, i really am. This has escalated from a simple banning due to annoying behaviour to stalking, harrassment and death threats. I want to be left alone and further more, I want this bastard brought to justice.
Some months ago in mid summer i banned a user in my stream named BSGM short for battlestar galatic man, for self-promoting in my livestream. the next day i received very horriffic death threats via my storenvy's email.
Below are the two emails he sent me:
Well fuck you too. Your dog deserved death on that electric fence. I hope he suffered before he died. Those fucks in Colorado deserved death too. Fuck them victims.
and the second:
Here's hoping you get raped bitch. I hope someone sodomizes you with a 3/5 steel tipped drill and then eviscerates you and you die a horrible death. I hope the dude who rapes you also takes the liberty of ripping your tits off and shoving you in front of a train. You deserve death bitch. Cause you know rape is funny. Rape is just plain hilarious. I just love the sight of a female getting violated repeatedly.
I have attempted to post him up on artists beware, and was met with a refusal.
The names he goes by on livestreams are:
Battlestargalaticaman
Bsgm
bsgman
channel123newsman
Kurubishell (with varying capitals etc)
Luthervandross
mrchannel17
all of his IP adresses start with 108. and he's done ban evasion to my knowledge AT LEAST once on deviantart.
he goes by Kurubishell on DA and KurubiReptile on FA.
i am NOT calling to arms i am NOT promoting the harrassment of this invidual DO NOT DO IT.
What i am doing however is warning others of this person. Be aware, if the emails above aren't proof enough, avoid at all costs for your own sanity. If you have been harrassed by this individual i strongly suggest getting the FBI involved. As for me, i'm filing a restraining order.

justice must be upheld for this.
If you can identify whose internet service he was on you can report this to them as well(at&t, comcast, charter, WOW, etc.). Threats of violence and death violate all ISP terms of service and will get him in trouble with them. could get his internet turned off at least and/or his computer(s) MAC banned from their services. Not to mention potential criminal prosecution from the corporate side.
I never had to deal with this type of online idiot before, so not much else I can suggest other than continue doing what you're doing.

Maybe then they'll understand that even on the internet there are limits and boundraries.
If you search for ARIN WHOIS on google, you can perform an IP lookup and see the ISP.

But it's about time you got an order filled. This sort of shit isn't tolerable in society, and he needs a reality check.
Anyway... I don't know if I could do much help but I be happy to hang out sometime with you and friends to get away from it all.
