I bought the Orange Box thinking I would be able to bypass having to download the games, BUT NO! All it did was install Steam. I thought, OK, I'll just go online with the disc and Steam will download the game for me. BUT NO~! It asks me for a CD key. I look around, I don't have a CD key. It didn't come with the disc! So I go to the support page and try to send them a message under the category "Lost or Missing CD Key". I tell them I did not receive a CD key upon purchase. Then it asks for additional information, including... my fucking CD key.

WHY THE FUCK WOULD THEY ASK FOR MY CD KEY ON THE TOPIC OF ME NOT HAVING A FUCKING CD KEY????? WHO THE FUCK WROTE THIS RETARDED SHIT SUPPORT SITE?! AND WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE TO HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS ON THE SITE AND HAVE TO SET UP ALL THIS PROFILE BULLSHIT AND CHECK MY EMAIL FIVE GODDAMN TIMES JUST TO USE THE FUCKING FORUM? WHAT NEXT? APPLY FOR A SECOND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER JUST FOR STEAM?

Valve, you guys are incredible. You make the best first person games in the world. Portal is my bitch, and I love you for making it. BUT! I cannot forgive the stupidity that is Steam. I cannot forgive that sooooo many PC games now require Steam! AND I CANNOT FORGIVE YOU ASKING ME FOR THE INFORMATION I'M TRYING TO REPORT MISSING!!!!!

TL;DR: I hate Steam.
