What happens now for the supporters?

Now we wait! Now that the project has reached its deadline, Offbeatr is going to go through and start processing credit cards for everyone who pledged. Cards that are successfully processed will receive a confirmation email, so keep your eyes on your Inbox!

You will also receive an email if your card has been declined -- it could be declined for several reasons, including the issue that we posted about yesterday involving an international charge. The email will tell you that you will need to input a new credit card in order to keep your pledge -- if all you needed to do is call your bank in order to approve the charge, then you can use the same credit card again.

In the event that you need to enter in a new card to keep your pledge, you will have 3 days to comply. After the third day, your pledge will be cancelled.

Dropping Total?!

The total money raised on the Campaign page has dropped due to credit cards being declined. That total will go back up as people reconfirm their pledges!

What does this mean for Furoticon?

After that 3rd day (or sooner!), all credit cards will have been processed, and we'll be sitting on our final total. Don't worry, the stretch goals have all been achieved and are good to go -- we got all the way up to Foxes!

We will then send out supporter surveys. One will be for those of you with custom avatars, one will be for shipping information for physical product, one will be for confirming your digital account information, so we can find who's getting a gift in time for the holidays! ;)
