Bad news...with a solution

my laptop wont let me on the net it keeps sayin proxy error. but until its resolved I'll be on with my phone wich is okay but not laptop okay

Is the proxy error one of those WiFi problems where you have to restart the router on the computer a couple of times because of the signal is messed up mysteriously. So it is probably because of to many people on the internet all at once. Just taking a guess.
