Do you have a commission TOS? They're rules that people have to follow when people commission you. You should make one, and make a rule of paying first so you don't have to deal with it anymore! :3

Most people will pay immediately...but some people not to pay for me...

It's deplorable that people take advantage of artists. I'm with Tekkirai. You should ask for full payment before you make the commission. I always do.

I hope you don't let these people affect your work. Seeing a submission from you in my inbox always brightens my day.

They always say that"I'll pay for you this week" when I sent note to their ask for payment..
But I did not receive any payment...

Urgh. 8[ Maybe you should just make up-front payments a requirement from now on. It might lose you a few customers, but I think enough people really love your work (and especially your lolita designs, they're excellent) that they'd still be willing to commission you, and you wouldn't be getting scammed anymore so it might actually be a net gain.

I always tell artist to take money up front, so that they don't have to worry about not being paid.

Also, if you for some reason can't finish the work, you can return their money!

Are you allowing people to reserve spots for commissions? I asked you about them before, but they were closed. I can pay upfront too, by the way. Sorry to hear that people have been ripping you off. I always have people pay me first before I start work on their commish to avoid getting jipped. ; w ;

Don't EVER accept any more "business" from those individuals in the future. There is absolutely no excuse for not paying for work... It's sad you had it happen but always take payment up front, even if it is half first, then upon completion send them a TINY thumbnail of the work and ask for the last payment. At least then you will have some compensation if they decide to pull out. Personally I only allow payment in installments if I trust the buyer. I can't believe people can live with their conscience after scamming someone out of their art or anything else! I am so sorry you had to deal with that. But you cannot always trust people, as hard as that is.

Expanding a slight bit on what LovelessKiax mentioned, you should write up a contractual agreement. That way they won't have to pay you up front, but they'll be legally obligated to pay you within a set time period, amoung other things. Of course, making people sign a contract is something that you'd have to think through first before doing, but it's something to consider if too many people try to get things out of you without paying.
