Commissioning Guidelines

So, this journal will serve as my general page for all information that relates to commissions. ALL COMMISSIONERS MUST READ IN ORDER TO COMMISSION ME.
ALL of my artwork other photography is traditional. The mediums I use the most are: Colored pencil, Charcoal, Pencil Leads, Ink, Acrylic Paint, sometimes Prisma Colored Markers and Scratch Board. However, if you want me to try a different medium just let me know and maybe it can be done. I like to try new things.
What I will NOT draw:
* Scat, watersports, or anything involving fecal matter
* Pornographic cub
* Rape (This does not mean aggressive power-play sex…that is ok)
What I WILL draw:
* Realistic ferals
* Pet portraits
* Antro
* Porn/bandage/pawing/you get the idea
Rules/Disclaimer:
*I am currently a full time student at college, work approximately 20-40 hours a week, often model for my classmates and other various responsibilities. I aim to work on art for 1-3 hours a day depending on the day. This means that my turn around pace will be VERY slow. Because of this I will often have lower rates to compensate for the frustration of waiting so long. I understand that waiting can be a pain, however I will NOT give refunds based on a piece taking too long. If you need an image by a certain date, then there will be a fee of $10 to push you to the top of the list and for he additional stress it placed upon me.
Photography and Modeling:
I do unique photography requests where you give me an idea, and I capture the image for you. I really tend to enjoy doing this so it’s free unless you want you own full sized PSD or DNG file of the image or a print, then I charge $3.00 for each image file. If you get a print and want me to mat it, I ask for the $3.00 per file, the mat expense, and shipping coverage.
IF YOU WANT ME AS A PHOTOGRAPHER I live in Pittsburgh, PA and would love to take your picture for any reason, headshots, fur-suits, weddings, or an type of event/reason. Pricing for this varies and will have to be worked out on a individual client based rate.
I WILL MODEL for anyone as well. I do everything except pornographic images, however I will pose nude if tasteful. Some lingerie is also fine…really I just wont have sex/ appear to be having sex or making out with anyone unless for an artful quality (story telling type images). Just let me know and we can work out a payment.
Pricing:

1. I charge a base fee of $5-$10 to cover material use. If you want me to make a custom mat boarder for you image I also add that expense to your total.
2. My current rate is $5.00 an hour…this is really quite low to make up for my slow turn around rate. This includes the time I spend on sketching out your image.
3. If you want you image to be shipped to you, I also ask that you cover that.
Notes: Material fee is required before I start working on you piece. I give you a outline/sketch to approve which once that is done I require payment for that time (normally an hour or two depending on the complexity). Once the image is completely done, I will upload a preview, then you decide if you want me to ship it to you. If you do then final payment and shipping fee is to be given BEFORE I give you a high quality scanned image and ship you the piece.
Copyright:
I retain the right to copy, sell, or use your commissions for any reason I see fit...i.e for displays, portfolios, prints for other clients, examples and ect. However I will always talk with you about it before I use the image in any way. If you are truly uncomfortable with what I need I may reconsider. NONE of my work can be displayed in ANY way unless proper credit is given to me in some way.
