I'm pretty sure the word you're looking for is "Entry"

"Entree" refers to the main course of a meal, and is pronounced "on-tray"

Yeah... I'm gonna go with Trubbol's for being the most spot-on with the theme. Plus it has the originality factor, with what the end result is.

(Takado's is way too cute though)
