i really just want to crawl into my bed and just cry myself to sleep right now.

i feel alone and isolated and disassociated from everyone, both online and irl. i don't know. i wish i were going to mff. birthday was disappointing. i'm just generally sad all the time

and i wish i didn't think about certain things as much as i do. it's killing me.
