a southern bell on this end of the world (USA), is usually a lovely female who's from a southern part of the country with a strong accent and wear fancy southern clothes. horses are usually considered rural creatures for oldish work like pulling carts and carrages, having a fem horse would be something like that with a more feminine flair

I know, but some are more "stereotype" than others :P Like generic femboy is acting all shy, wearing a dress/skirt and panties with a visible bulge in and etc.
Like... could have a more "tomboy" femboy, if that would even make sense haha. Like, not going "that far" down in sissy manors, but a bit... maybe "sexy librarian", can't say I've seen too many femboys (that is what you mean with "fem male" right?) be that.
