i would advise you probably to take it to court tell them about this person doesn't have insurance.... you may win ccause its a known fact that 35% of americans that drive without insurance are either not going to bother because they think they are the best driver in the world or they are just poor.

Ouch! It's good to know you don't have any serious injuries, darling, but indeed, you better take it real careful, a wiplash can be over in a day or two but it can also drag on for days and days. I used to volunteer at the local boarding kennel, and the owner there got rear-ended once and sustained a wiplash from it, and it was a serious neough one that it kept causing her trouble all the time.

I hope there won't be any trouble with those dumbos that hit you, but in all honesty, if they were driving around without any insurance, there's a chance they won't pay up for your damages either... but I sure hope you won't be needing your father's lawyer.

If they refuse to pay, the court can step in and even garnish the personks wags, tax refund or even put a lien against their house.

Been there (whiplash due to some idiot going 45 MPH on ice downhill). No fun. You totally should sue them for medical expenses including possible future complications, not just immediate stuff.

Whiplash is pretty common from rear-endings. Just don't do anything to exacerbate it, and you should recover quickly.
