I have a very bad cold. I am shivering, coughing, and my neck and head feel stiff and painful. I kept falling asleep in all my classes. I have satrted an antibiotic, and am hoping it will kick in soon.

As I mentioned earlier, I had something like this back in the summer. Knock on wood, I never have had the flu before, but I think I had a minor one this summer. So that may be what you have is a minor flu.
