I put a short story into my scraps recently (this one), that was basically setting up a premise of, well, a girl signing up to be TF'd for SCIENCE!, and volunteering along the way to be a sextoy for good measure.
Turns out (pretty unsurprisingly) that that is a premise I'm interested in carrying on with, but I did promise to run a poll as to what people would like to see happen. Can't promise it will be binding of course, but suggestions are at least welcome.
So! The premise so far is that the girl is wanting to be made into some form of slutty cowgirl - [there used to be a direct quote here, but I figured it better not to have something so NSFW out here as that could potentially surprise people. "Slutty cowgirl" gets the point across anyway, for more you can see towards the end of the story. It's not long]
With that in mind, throwing it open on the following -
Udder: yes/no?
Herm cowgirl: yes/no?
Multibreasts: yes/no?
And other options to mix it up, such as -
Tentacles: yes/no?
Egg-laying cowgirl: yes/no?
Rubber/latex/goo cowgirl: yes/no?
Or indeed, anything else? I'd be keeping it within certain limits - she'd still be humanoid at least, and not just mentally completely an animal, as well as the usual vetos like excessive youth, violence or bathroom-relatedness. Also expansion isn't much my bag, nor pregnancy that results in anything living, as opposed to just eggs, which are easier to deal with), so that's not likely to happen. But aside from those, suggest away. Might not be taken, but more ideas are always nice.
On the whole, this premise is sort of a fun experiment with the concept of fan service even in the first place, so it seems only right to throw it open for more of it. Net result is that I'll likely write a succession of shorter stories all in that vein (shorter ones actually getting done, as opposed to many of my longer attempts). If you'd like to have input on them, go nuts!

4 udder-breasts (breasts with 4 large teats), no other udder. No Herm. Fully prehensile tail as opposed to tentacles. Hooves and horns, maybe a bit of cow nose.
My suggestion would be that if you want to do anything beyond the 'cow girl' basics, they should appear as late manifesting side effects or errors in the experiment. Of course, each new change should come with a mind-blowing expansion of the girl's pleasure.

*Multibreasts with an udder tend to be overkill on a humanoid only character, if however they were a taur, multibreasts for the upper torso and an udder below makes total sense.

*Might mix things up and have the character be 'milked' for eggs rather than milk, or something to mix things up, like perhaps the tentacles produce a chemical to cause said switch up...
