Some artists take and leave. And sometimes they legitimately forget to refund. Guess we will never know now since he hasnt been here for a very long time.

Then I guess its offical, he decided to take everyone's money. If that is so, then you should submit a ticket to the Admin. It's illegal to steal money, even here. And the administration can do something about it. If he really is gone for good, then I guess thats it.

Nah, I will just add his name to my blacklist for the future.

But seriously, you should have noticed sooner. I've seen cases like this before. If you'd tried at the time, he might still have been hanging around some obscure site, or MSN, or something. But like this? You probably won't get it back.
