I was worrying that after FurFright I'd get slammed by three cons worth of post-con depression, and I'm not planning on any other fur cons until the next Anthrocon. Fortunately I have the luxury of an occupied horizon. Early January has MAG Fest, the Music and Gaming Festival in Maryland. And some friends and I are plotting going there.
If you've never been to MAGFest, it's like visiting the Internet, the good parts of the Net. The Escapist-y, That-Guy-With-The-Glasses-y, Penny-Arcade-y-but-not-PAX, let's-all-share-our-best-killstreaks-in-Halo kind of Internet. (Hopefully this year will see less of let's-shoehorn-MLP-into-every-available-moment). Also where I met
corvuspointer for the first time. (Go check him out if you haven't yet already. His art is superb).
So yeah, that's next on my social agenda. And hopefully it'll go far more smoothly than FurFright. January's out of hurricane season, right?

Oh, I meant to tell you how I wanted to hang with you more at FurFright. That passing greeting in the parking lot at 4am was not enough to satisfy my wolf-fix.

Ah well you can catch me in the charity room 10 to 6 most days after that I will be pretty much free though next year
