i randomly remembered a movie i saw at the video store when i was younger o.O I don't even remember what it was called. I only remember the tagline which was something like "She's ready to deliver, but nature's not so sure..."
o_o I have no idea why I remembered that all of a sudden. But it did kinda inspire a picture idea...huh.

There was an episode of the TV show M A S H where a similar line was used. If I recall correctly the words were spoken by a Korean farmer who had cow in labor, and Hawkeye plus BJ had to help in the delivery.
