I've landed in Washington-Seattle-Fremont ! !!

////excuse my spelling and general stream of consciousness writing/\
Yeup, I've signed papers to rent a room and my jobs search is proving to be fruitfull!
Check out the Fremont district of Seattle, its really hip and that's where I will be living for the next couple of months!
I actually got here two Fridays ago, but I had a bad cold and my friend didn't really have wifi at the house,,, or good phone service. It was weird, but after I got over my cold I got down to business assimilating into the North West, things happened fast!
You know chopping down trees and building log shelters to get out of the rain and cold.
The whole road trip adventure was just so so very great, its is how I love to live life. When someone hosts you in their house, their living space. You get a fresh slice of their life, of who they are. And thats what its about, sharing life with others. Becoming their unseen animal familiar that only other magical wizards can see.
To get a good idea of my travels, have some bulletpoints:
-After packing up and storing away stuff, I escaped my parents house and drove to LA.
-Thats where I met up with agent Kihu at his Victorian house full of college kids.
-Then we did college stuff like get sick from good wine and loose my wallet!
-I was stuck in LA untill I could get a temp drivers license, so I gave Kihu a hair cut!
-Monday I got my temp license and "Escaped from LA" I was there for three days.
-I got to San Luis Obispo around 11 where I stayed at the youth hostel, cool people there.
-The next day I rented a bicycle ans just kinda road around the town. Its small but has a really cool vibe, the feel of a small beach community with a young sense of style.
-Then I went to Monterey Bay to hang out with a friend of mine Coral P., she showed me the downtown and a really cool bar that has not changed since the 70s. Then I checked out some tide pools. Monterey is dank.
-Next was Santa Cruiz! I stayed with Sean P. he gave me a bunch of vitamins and I hung out with roommates for Halloween, we play "cards against humanity"
-Then we went for a drive the next day, and saw the campus.
-I had to skip SanFran and go to the hippy mountain for a few days, defineatly don't want to do that for a living.
-But then I went back to San Fran to kick it with Kendoro! Aka Kenny,, aka John, We got kawaii cakes and met Felix aka Dominic as well as Kennys school.
-Next day I met and old friend Megan D. I met her crystal power zodiac shaman and Megan gave me a really awesome book "The man who quit money"
You all should seriously read this book.
-The best way to experience San Francisco is to ride the bus.
-I stayed with Kenny for one more night and helped him with his cold/fever. Then I got sick... :/
-Made a pit stop at the hippy mountain.
-Drove up the 101 more and saw the red woods, went throught the "Avenue of the Giants"
-Stopped in Humbolt to see Soini, her roomates are super chill (as are most people in NorCal) And we all got drunk on some sake to thank them for hosting me. I wanted to stay longer.
-Finally I crossed the border into Oregon, there was a little snow at the top of the pass. That route was beautiful but probably the most dangerous.
-It was getting dark so I booked it to Portland and stayed at the Hostel there.
Shoot that was the best hostel crowd ever! People where chatting and we stayed up late talking about stuff. I didn't want to leave Portland at all,,, :(
-I tried to check out Portland some more but ,,, no
-And then well,,, I drove all the way up to Oak fucking Harbor
it was the weekend and things get foggy at this point because I was still sick. But damn those navy folks inthis tiny boreing town,, Somestimes trying to "Drink" your cold away works. Not this time.
-After I was allmost recovered, Eluned aka Jaxis aka Heather invited me to see the band she was touring with in downtown Seattle!
William control, featureing Aesthetic Perfection, and Birthday Massacre!
F*ck that show was so cool I instantly found the "darker" side/underbelly of the city!
-Met Original Gangster furry Kae, I have know this guy from the very beginning lol, he was a great help with his vast data base of Seattle info.
After that things just started happening. I went on an living place search near the city. Picked up applications and turned in resumes. Send off emails to rooms for rent. Got some calls back. Some interviews, some paper signing.
I even went to another show!
I paid in all quarters and change to see Beat Connection, they even recognized me from their San Diego shows! It was one of their most successful shows to date!
