Why the hell did I do that?

trying to think of a delicate way to word this . . .
I'm in the middle of trying, mostly unsuccessfully, to reinvent myself as a musician. I don't like most of the tracks I've made in the past and I find them largely unlistenable due to any combination of poor mixing, juvenile melodies and progressions, clichéd techniques, bad samples etc.
Anyway, you probably didn't notice that I just deleted all of my new tracks. They may be back once I've decided what I'm doing with my life. I want this album to be something you can listen to as a single piece, not some bullshit assortment of pretty-decent chill out jungle tracks. Perhaps I have delusions of grandeur, but this is one time I want to actually premeditate and meticulously form a concept and atmosphere. That's why I've never released anything before; I just kept making tracks without the context of other tracks. As long as I do that, I'll always just make a better track and end up hating every one of its predecessors.
All I want is a piece of art that can be appreciated for its concept. And, unsurprisingly, my brief forays in noise/glitch music were not well-accepted by the local music community. (lol)

It'd also be cool if there was another way I could contact you, given that I'm almost completely inactive on dA and within a few months of leaving FA permanently. Gtalk? AIM? Bookface?
I've intended to leave FA for a while but some video-game related commitments kept me here. However, I haven't heard from the dev team in over 4 months so I'm just giving up. But you should have gotten a friend request from some assclown named Karl.
I do check dA occasionally but not particularly often. :S
It's still really easy to just compress it if that doesn't work.
