I was poking around my YouTube subscribes when I noticed something really cool. I dont know how many of you guys already know this, but Destin from the channel Smarter Every Day and some of his friends/colleagues went out and captured the highest resolution picture of Machu Piccu ever. They compiled a total of 1920 pictures into one big 16 Gigapixel panoramic image. The picture is literally so high quality that you can see the stone work in full detail.
The making of the picture took over an hour so Destin had one of his friends rig him up with a head mounted camera and binural microphones to capture real sound. So to go along with the amazing panoramic picture is a super realistic tour through most of the city.
