Lately i've been having stomach issue like nausea and that. I think it has to do with the amount of tea and caffiene i've been drinking, along with my stress and anxiety levels. Top it off i've always had stomach issues from when i was a kid. I think it's just my digestive system acting up and i need to get it back into balance. mainly though reduction of stress and that... removal of how much tea and caffiene i consume. It probably wouldn't hurt to start eating healthier as well with more minerals and vitamins.
