Which Game Will Be The 3DS/DS Game Of This Year?

Since we're getting close to the end of this year, I've been wondering what 3DS/DS game this year will be declared Game Of The Year!
And so far, this Year of 2012 has been the Year For 3DS, cause we gotten a lot of great games, so this will sure be a tough one to decide which one!
Here are a list of Nominates that I think are worthy to be named Game Of The Year:
