I don't get it. What's so special about that letter?

There was a promotion for Team Plasma in the anime about a year ago, but because of the earthquake in Japan, the writers had to write out the episodes they were in, which featured a lot of destruction. Us fans didn't think they would ever officially appear in the anime after that controversy, but this was just shown today. :)

N is the head of Team Plasma.
