Since my latest adventure that nearly killed me, I decided to go to a therapist and try to get my shit together. I was immediately put on risperidal and valproic acid for manic bipolar disorder, dissociative disorder and schizoaffective disorder. I really don't care for the daily regimen, the valproic acid makes my throat burn, and risperidal makes me drowsy. I've been taking them for a few months now, and I haven't noticed much of an effect. I still have little motivation and violent mood swings and hallucinate on a daily basis. Bugh.
