I don't think Joe madureira collaborated in DS2 as much as he did in DS1 (artwise, as far I have seen) , which is sad, the book is mostly conformed of small Joe Mad sketches, concept art of Avery Coleman, Paul richards, Nick southam and others. also Zbrush models of each character in the game and stuff like that.
