If you're unable to find anyone who can sew, I'd suggest going to see Panda at  stuffedpandastudios -- she put elastic in the arm sleeves for me with a very quick turn-around time. Though, of course, I'd ask if she'd be able to do it, too; I was lucky enough to fit into the schedule. All together, it was 30 bucks for the work and shipping!

Just a suggestion. I have no access to a sewing machine anymore sadly. :/

I'm also checking with my maker. I'd like him to do it because his work is VERY sturdy (the seams are basically all triple-stitched), but I'm just seeing if I can avoid the shipping costs.

Well, I can sew and have a machine capable of handling faux fur, but I am by no means professional - I can't guarantee my work would be any better than yours.
