Since a couple of you have busy schedules, I figured this would be the best place to go over a few things.
1. As it stands, right now there are 5 people (Odendo, Deca, Mozee, Wes, and myself) who know for sure that they're going to be able to make it to the con. Nemo and Garr (as in Yulong, not the OTHER Garr) are still working to pull money together, but hopefully they'll be able to make it. It's the kind of room that's only meant for four people, so I'd advise that a couple of you bring a sleeping bag or something in preparation; that fold out couch at the MFF hotel was kind of a rarity.
2. In relation to the aforementioned point, the room share rates are as follows:
5 people: $78
6 people: $65
7 people: $56
I know it's a little late in the game to bring this up, but I'd advise putting $78 aside for this just in case things don't work out for the two still working things out.
3. I've only got the room for the nights of the 26-28 (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night), which means you guys staying till Monday have to find somewhere else to sleep Sunday night. I know this sucks balls, but I have an exam on the 30th that I couldn't set a make-up for, and my folks wouldn't let me pay for an extra night just so I could toss control to someone else. However, I'll be at the hotel by 10 AM on the 26th and will be around for most of Sunday. Not sure what the checkout time is yet, but I'll let you know.
4. I really would appreciate it if you guys try to be a little more organized this time around. It's not something I'm going to bitch about if you don't, it just got kind of annoying losing stuff on a regular basis at MFF. Then again, I dunno how much time we're going to be spending in the room this time around.

(Also, I'd really appreciate it if people not attending AC don't comment on this. I know it's kinda rude, but it would be akin to making a "I'd love to but I don't have the money" comment on a journal about taking commissions.)
