well generally a few good poses of what you look like and some reference of what you use as clothing and such basically a good visual reference for oyur character from all angles ^u^

It's just my opinion on things :3 I know you probably don't like them clothes ;P
and not like all angles just like 2 or 3 general angles that show off as much as possible :o

Make it your own! I've seen too many artists use the same boring references and then saw a special few that REALLY caught peoples attention because it was so different and unique.

That is pretty perfect. Try and give your character personality too, if I drew one for myself I'd probably have a snake & a beer in it.

Also you should link it in your profile info, there is nothing I hate more than when I want to draw someone but have to dig through their gallery. Which reminds me, I should do that myself...

no, not your scraps! post your char sheet like normal artwork then put a link to it in you profile information on your main user FA page. Like, where you have a link to your twitter and tumblr.

you either draw the character naked or with clothes (or both). the pose should be a neutral standing position and you can put as many angles as you like. usually, a front, side/s, back, and at an angle. it's also good to put a color palette so people drawing your character will know what colors to use in the most precise manner. also don't shade in the poses. what you have in the reference is the base character.

put in a background, maybe a bit of information of the character, the name is also good to put in. :3

Draw as many angles as possible, show important details, draw different facial expressions. Do one for general, Mature, and Adult.
