Birthday in five days...

I'll be twenty-eight.
That's just two years away from 30... >_<;;
Feeling pretty spooked... But I'll manage! I've got friends who survived turning 30 ^_^;
Anyway...
I'm gonna be tampening down the political rants again a little. There's four years of observation more to come, but that's plenty of time and life's too short to be complaining all the time about self-crowning elitists thousands of miles away.
So yeah... In five days, it will have been twenty-eight years since the birth of Transformers, since the stamp cost twenty cents, since the U.S. and the Vatican exchanged diplomats after a century-long hiatus, since Ronald Reagan won a landslide victory, since Syria freed the captured US Navy pilot, Lieut. Robert C. Goodman, Jr. and since the former Soviet Union withdrew from the Summer Olympic Games.
Wow...
Here's to many more years of freethinking!

You may be turnin' older, but I think I've got more to regret than you. =P So stop with the pity party, enjoy yer birthday, and go have fun for heaven's sake! If nothing else, consider it one year closer to heaven, and your real Home.
