Anthrocon Bound! (And, Hit the Beach...)

General
Yes, it's almost time to go to another convention, thus it's time for me to make a to-do list. We will be at Anthrocon in Pittsburgh the weekend of June 26-29!
Here is everything I need to get done before we leave for the con:
Radio work:
--find out if Anubis: Dark Desire #4 will need to be shipped overnight to the con
--send shipping information to the printers
--send printing specs for Furrlough #183 to the printers (and shipping information)
--check mail at the PMB (every day)
--ship as much mail order as possible
--process auctions
--ship as many auctions as possible
--pull and prep final bits of convention stock
--pull and pack as many trib copies as possible to deliver at the con
--start laying out Furrlough #184, Milk #63 and Hit the Beach #14 (if you have stuff for these, get it in asap please!)
--go to bank to get change
--process orders
Personal:
--work day job shift(s)
--do laundry
--pack clothes & toiletries
--charge DS and iPod (it's a road trip...)
--go to bank to make sure the ridiculous $1065 month-to-month rent can be paid
--pay deposit for new apartment ($250)
--pay rent (yes, a whole week early, since we will be returning when it's due)
--make sure new lease is ready to sign (If ready, sign it.)
--pack more boxes to move (we move as soon as we get back from Anthrocon... yes, really...)
IMPORTANT!
If you are an artist who has done work for us and you will be at Anthrocon, LET ME KNOW NOW! I am going to the storage unit tomorrow to pull trib copy comics, since I MUST pack them up for transport on Sunday. (Friday I work at the day job, Saturday I will be doing errands and laundry, and we leave on Tuesday.) If you tell me on Monday that you are attending the con, it will be TOO LATE for me to excavate things from the storage units.
Re: Hit the Beach #14: we have a few pages open, so if you were planning to do a swimsuit illo for it, better get it in NOW. (Or give it to us at the con.) We'll have to start putting it together as soon as we get home from the con. Please email the illo (plus your pen name, real name, and actual physical snailmail address, otherwise we can't send you trib copies) to Will at willworks (at) gmail (dot) com. This issue features a brand new cover by TRUMP, so it's shaping up very nicely!
Page dimension information is located here. Standard HTB guidelines apply: it has to feature anthropomorphic characters (or anime-style cat-girl type characters), swimsuits must be involved somehow, no more than a PG-13 rating, try to avoid horizontally-oriented illos (they confuse the printers), black & white art only. (You could send color, but we'd just grayscale it.)
Now, off to do massive amounts of stuff. We are driving to the con, so I am losing two days on either side of it. Argh! (That also means four days I can't work the dayjob and get paid there! Double argh!)

We ain't got a table though! I know, because they sent back our deposit on it, and I already used it for printing bills the month it came in. XD
So not looking forward to moving apartments right after the con though, eh heh heh...... -_-;
