A number a double edged swords about me

This is somthing I kind of need to get out of my system because there are ominous feelings about the air about me. There are a number of double edge sword abilities about me, my ADD, my creativity, but today the one that is showing the most is my empathy.
I was talking with one of my friends and I brought up an issue and the thing is that when I learned that said friend (who we must say is known for empathy) has the same feelings on the issue. This kind of says to me "You are an empath, congratulations." You see, the thing is I see whats going to happen down the line but I can't even say a damn word about whats going to happen. But I'm trying to learn how to trust these feelings. But all in all, from what I can say, empathy is a good thing, but it sucks at the same time.
Life is life, fecal matter happens. All we can do is deal with it.
