Went on down to Niagara-On-the-Lake at  DannyDingo 's open request today and participated in the parade. It was pretty wet out there having been raining all morning. It let up almost completely for the parade itself thankfully. We still got drenched pretty good and my suit is gonna need a good cleaning, but it was a good time. I'd never been in a parade before.

We also got stuck behind a group on horseback so we were dodging horse poop the whole time aaaaaand I'm pretty sure I stepped in some at one point. One fortunate side effect of the wet conditions though is it must have washed it all off my footpaw by the end because I didn't see any when we changed out of suit. Hopefully they will be salvageable, but I may just toss them out. I was planning to make new ones anyway.
