Help: Tablet wants to murder me.

So when i try to draw with my simple bamboo tablet, right when i put the pen down to do a stroke, it decides not to move an instead to use the eye dropper on right where I first place the pen down. I have tried not pressing down hard and it still does it.
I'm not sure what is causing this as I'm not hitting the buttons on the pen. :/
Its really hard to draw when it does this constantly on both Sai and Photoshop.

reinstall the drivers, that usually works when mine does this.

also check if the alt key is bieng pressed
