He converts them into life-energy to prolong his lifespan and that of his family. Referance not being normal

Nope.. white lupine all the way.

Yes. Especially when there is danger involed. He's no good in a fight.

By this question, I would assume one means by currently accepted laws for my particular region. In which case the answer is most assuredly yes.

He did, in Layleaux. It was a very good experience for him.

Very well above average, but he has a very odd point of view, so the application of that is not terribly useful

Yes. It's not been revealed yet in RP though, so not saying anything about it.
