Ok, I'm going to give this a shot, see how it goes. I'm starting slow. Just three slots for now, to make sure I can finish them in a timely manner. I've decided to not do sketches for now. I just don't like the quality. All commissions will be digital, because that's where I do all my inking and coloring.

One character
Inked: $10
Flat colors: $15
Shaded: $20 (specify the kind of shading you want)

Additional character: $5

I'll also take a shot at icons, I guess. Everyone else is doing them.

Icons: $5

Payment is required in advance, and accepted through Paypal only. Note me if interested.
