Good news, bad news.

Trip to, heave and ho; Up, down, to and fro- You have no word
First of all, for anyone who remembers me, I want to say that i'm very very sorry for not being on here. A lot has happened in the past few months that have made me question myself, my sanity, and my will to be alive and/or around people.
Good news: In order to cope with stress and do something good i've helped create an organic community garden in town.
Bad news: My dog, Toby, has a spreading cancer that cannot be operated on without serious risk to health. He is old and the tumors have spread so rapidly there isn't much chance of a successful operation to remove them.
Good news: I am back.
Bad news: I am still trying to work out issues in my life and i've got some major bouts of depression and frustration because of it.
Good news: I never stopped drawing.
Bad news: It's not that impressive.
Good news: I will post my artwork soon.
Bad news: I lost one of my lives over the period of time I was away.
I'd like to thank any of you who took the time to give me shouts while I was away.
There is a lot going on... I dont know much else to say about it.
If anyone has any questions for me or just wants to talk, I think i'd like that.

And I'm glad you're back! :D
Haha, I've been very much up and down. This has been a pretty crazy semester. Things are finally looking up though!
It has been rough and it still is. I realized, tonight actually, that it's not healthy to be isolating myself. It's isolation that ends up getting me hurt usually. I thought it'd be good for me to wake up from my hibernation and visit here, and i'm glad to see my old friends have remembered me. n_n
Thank you :)
And my icon is from a character called "Sh*tStorm" from a cartoon that a favorite cartoonist of mine just started.
Poor pooch, I hope his pain is eased and hopefully he'll be able to run around and such. Do what dogs do. He'll be in my thoughts and wishes.
You have a green thumb, I envy that! I can't grow nothing, like nothing! Or I'm just too impatient, what did you plant? Yummy foods? Herbs? Mmm mint. Did you get to eat some pumpkin? I did! Even went to pick them myself, I felt so proud. xD I know, silly me. I made so much stuff with it. Even bread!
Oh gosh, we have so much to catch up on!!! This has been the most time I've been excited on here. But yes, oh yes! Good news, I'll actually be up in San Jose for Further Confusion! First con and I'm really excited, you should go. :3
-Le hugs and kitty purrs and such.-
He's a very good boy. he's old and it's a situation where if they operate there is a chance he'll either die during operation or be unable to move after. Outlook doesnt look good so we're just trying to keep him happy at the moment, as I don't think he's in much pain yet. When that time comes I dunno what else I can do for him.
I have a bipolar thumb. xD I can grow things really well from seed, but I lack space and motivation to continue to see it through the full harvest. But not this time! I've got a nice plot and several people backing me, So far we have peas, bok choy, kale and cabbage, broccoli, beets, carrots, lettuces, onions, spinach.. and then i'm putting rose bushes out, we also have succulents and cacti growing there too. C: It's like an adventure digging through, also. I've found so much glass, metal, crazy stuff like random doll heads and spark plugs, and even a cannonball looking thing and a dog licence from 1971.
I'd love to catch up, for sure. n_n Furcon... when is that? is it in january? Maybe i can go.. if anything, i can stop by for a day, that would be stellar to meet'cha in the flesh ^_^
-PURR.-
What? That's insane, now I kind of want to plant things, I used to love digging as a kid. I'd find so many weird things, simple things too. I always thought I'd find a treasure box or something. You can take in that cannonball somewhere, maybe they can identify it. 1971? That's interesting, do they have a name on them? :D I love Bok choy, steamed and with some rice vinegar and soy sauce. With rice. Now I'm drooling. x3 All those veggies sound super yummy in a soup.
That would be fantastic!! If you have any free time to catch a day up at the con. Can easily find me with tons of badges of Cathy. x3 I never been around that area. So adventure!!
You should. :) My advice for anyone with a less than green thumb, is to go for herbs, cacti, or potted vegetables/plants. container gardening is amazing because it's convenient- you can put the pots anywhere, you know? so you can put them in a spot that escapes frost, or that you will remember to water, or that will avoid pest damage. Just make sure the pot is big enough for what you wish to grow, and you ought to be happy with the results. Avoid GMO stuffffff! ;; If you are unsure about all of that, look up companies that do not sell/support GM seed. If you are having difficulty finding some maybe I can send you some of mine, depending on what you are looking to grow. C:
The dog licence didn't have a name, unfortunately.. It was metal, engraved with the city and county names, "Dog licence" and then the month and "/71". It was a hippie doggggg mannnn |D
I never got my suit done. ;; I still have a green skinned head of icy in my closet, dude. It makes me so sad. I can't afford the fur so i'd probably just walk around all human-ded with my icy badges, heh. ^^;
That's cool. xD Hippie doggie. Tye dye shirt on a dog is rather cute.
Oh that's okay! I don't have one either. We can be huuumans, or furries pretending to be humans? Whichever works! Lawl. Can still enjoy the awesome dealers room and stuff.
Mrah, you're awesome dude. My awesome ness reflects on the awesome people I know n_n
Uphill is the way to go! :D
Art is coming soon, thank you for your concern, it is great to hear from you. n_n
