Well the ups store called and they trashed my computer that they have held hostage for two months. I paid 46 bucks it got here broken so I called in the claim I have on sent it to get inspected and they denied the claim so I said ok just send it back they wanted to charge me again to ship it, so I argue with them and ups since the stores are franchises, they delivered the ultimatum to either pay the money or they trash it so they trash it.
I wonder if you can report them to the main UPS office, because that shouldn't have happened
