Name 5 fast food restaurants you enjoy (must be a chain), explain why, and what your usual order there is.
1. Name: In-N-Out BurgerReason: Their burgers taste fantastic, they put spepper on their fries, I'm not bogged down trying to choose from a long constantly-changing menu, their employees actually know what they're doing, and they have a ''secret menu''.
Order: Two double-doubles with cheese and grilled onions, fries, and a vanilla shake to eat in the car. I ask for ketchup but hardly ever use it on the fries. Mostly because of the taste, but also 'cause I'm driving.
2. Name: Wendy'sReason: They have the best ketchup, square burgers taste really good, they have bacon on their burgers, and they have root beer!
Order: A large baconator combo with fries and root beer, a junior bacon cheeseburger, for here. Pumps six little cups of ketchup at the side bar.
3. Name: McDonald'sReason: They brainwashed me as a child, soggy greasy fries, and filet-o-fish!
Order: A chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger, and a large number 11 (or whatever number the filet-o-fish meal is) to go. Can I have lots of ketchup? Can I have some more? No, more ketchup, please!
4. Name: Burger KingReason: They have the best breakfast fast food; otherwise I don't really like them because of their lousy fries and stupid employees who have never eaten the food there and have no idea of the difference between bacon and ham.
Order: A double croissanwich with ham and bacon. No. I know what I want. Please just listen to my order and don't try to order for me. I want a double croissanwich with ham and bacon. And I want another double croissanwich also with ham and bacon with a medium hash browns and coffee. That's for here. Yes, I'd like some cream. <gets 2 creamers> Can I have some more cream? <gets 2 more creamers> Yes, more cream please? <order arrives in a to go bag> Hey, I ordered ham and bacon on these croissanwiches, not sausage and ham. <sandwiches go back> <sandwiches return> No, I ordered ham and bacon on these croissanwiches, not double-ham! <points at receipt> <croissanwiches finally are made right> Could I get a lot of ketchup? <gets two packets> More ketchup, please? <gets two more> I need more ketchup!
5. Name: Arby'sReason: Horsey Sauce! And I used to work there so I know their dirty secrets!
Order: A Super with extra sauce, a Bacon Cheddar, two potatoe cakes, and a root beer. Everything but Super and root beer is eaten with Horsey Sauce!

BUT...the non-chain Vietnamese Sandwich store on my block usually intercepts me way before any of the fast food chains get me!
Other than In-N-Out, my rule is to ALWAYS CHECK THE ORDER RIGHT THEN AND THERE. Even in the drive thru. I shut off the engine until all burgers and fries are present and accounted for. And if someone ordered something ''without cheese'' it is pried open and inspected for cheese. Then and only then will I turn the engine back on and drive away. Been ripped off way too many times by Taco Hell and given way too many extra cheese no cheese sandwiches by everywhere else (my friend's order - I cheese)
I think there's some sort of drugs in McDonalds fries...they shouldn't be as good as they are!

I used to laugh in the late 80s/early 90s at Kentucky Fried Chicken's ''McLittle'' sandwiches. I forgot what they actually called them, but they were these little chicken sandwiches with mayo. The funny thing was that they were still ''NEW!'' for like five years!

Mainly, they don't know English. The one closest to me has many people who don't seem to know the language so I have to venture to one that's a little bit farther away. D:

Actually though, there are a lot of Asians who eat at the BK that's farther away (the one I go to instead because the non-English speaking employees of the closer one). It might be due to the fact that there's an Oriental Grocery store near it, or the fact that the area has a large Asian population, or both. XP
When I order the double croissanwich - which is plainly on the menu - it's like I'm asking for duck l'orange with hors d'ouvers. They have no idea what it even is!!!
And both the language and the not eating there come from keeping close ties to their original culture. That's a good thing and all, but hey! They're in America now - time to melt a little off the edges in the great melting pot of humanity!

Burger King: Plain tendercrisp sandwich, fries (which do suck) and a chocolate chip cookie dough pie.
McDonalds: Their chicken is ok, but not as good as BK. Better fries though. decent breakfast.
KFC: Good chicken but it can be so greasy. Unbeatable mashed potatoes and biscuits.
What about the 5th one??? It's hard to find that 5th fast food place, isn't it?
