here is some instructions to restore WLM

for any languaje installation
FIRST:

1.- close skype and uninstall it
2.- uninstall WLM from control panel
3.- open this link http://windows.microsoft.com/es-ES/.....ows-essentials and select you language
4.- download the file (120mb - full WLE - offline installation)
5.- run the installation and select messenger

your stuff, emoticons and another preferences still there!


TESTED ON WINXP AND WORKING

para quienes actualizaron messenger:

1.- cierren skype y desinstalenlo
2.- desinstalen messenger desde el panel de control
3.- abran este link http://windows.microsoft.com/es-ES/.....ows-essentials y seleccionen el lenguaje que prefieran
4.- descargen el archivo y esperen (pesa 120mb y es todo windows live essentials... instalacion offline)
5.- corran el instalador y seleccionen messenger

todos los emoticonos y demas seguiran ahi
