well hospital vistit in a new state this time i messed up my knee because of a stupid moron who told me that i was going to help with cleaning instead of asking and i have to get into a streching position and moved wrong and fucked up my knee again my mate 
PandorasMusicBox was right there by my side and a couple of times wanted to hurt the drs for hurting me as they looked at my knee to find out what was wrong, well may have to go to a ortho dr to find out the real damage
