Oh, I'm not leaving! I'll still post non-personal stuff here, which is pretty much most of what I draw anyways. XD

What are the issues with FA's categorization? Just lack of folders, or...?

I think it's PURRRR-fect.

Well, there are other things, like how SF handles bulk uploads, integrated embedding of other people's work into your own submissions with permission, etc. Of course, FA is where the majority of users are, but SF just seems way more uploader-friendly.

Well, we're working on a bunch of things. Don't delete your gallery. =3 We're trying to up out ante come 2013. We want to improve across the board.

But, things were coming 2 years ago. Why is it now that things have yet to change, folders, upload, CSS, looked of the site. These questions have never been answer. With all dude respect of course.

It IS about Dan time we GET those updates. Otherwise....weasyl is gonna have more nd more users u_u

And yes, I'd wholeheartedly recommend SoFurry if you had to pick an alternative to FA. They have a pretty good mod team.

Well, good to know you'll still keep most of your stuff here. But since I rarely ever go to SoFurry (it's hard enough keeping track of submissions on one site), I guess I'll miss out on what you put there. :/

Weasyl is still in beta, so it's not exactly complete yet. We're planning bulk uploads and stuff eventually! If one of the above people haven't given you an invite already, you can ask me for one. :3

Also you shouldn't delete your gallery here either! It's always good to have a place to look back and see how much you've improved! And you never know if FA itself will get better in the long-run. After all, MySpace's new interface looks absolutely wonderful!

It's not that I want to delete submissions so that there's no trace of them to look back on. I just want to prevent as much overlap of submissions between accounts to that each one that I hold and maintain has its own special role. In this case, FA would be used for commissions/trades/collabs, while Weasyl or SF would be for more personal stuff.

I'll definitely be keeping FA around, for sure. It was never my intention to delete it!

Ah, okay.

Weasyl isn't an all-furry site, it's a general one that just happens to be overrun by furries during beta atm; but it does have Commission Information right on the profile page for each person who sets it up. I'm an admin there, so I can tell you our coders are working literally all the time they can to get all these features we want on there.

SoFurry has their site more fleshed out with more options and stuff, and it also gives a little more spotlight to writers, which don't get enough love anywhere else. It's a little too far into the furry spectrum IMO (I don't remember if they allow human art at all) but that's my personal opinion haha.

FurAffinity is a little behind on the times, but its simplicity is also a bit of the charm, if you ask me. Also they are working on updating their UI and have shown multiple working beta comps of this update so...
