Actually it has other reason, being bankrupt after the Humble bundle is the best choice they can do!

See it that way, now they are official bankrupt all their debts had been tilt, they are free of them now and can work further with the money income they got from the Humble bundle. Sure they have to set their company at auction, but they did not fire a single one and everyone is still working there.

So all in all the best choice they could do really, financial wise and for their employees! Great turn of events for them indeed!

They said that their company will be fine and is currently looking for a buyer. All studios and teams are still in work.

Like I said before above, the reason that they go bankrupt aren't as worse as they might appear, it is actual a pretty smart move from them!
