Maybe the settings are off. Or it's broken.

What's the tablet and what's the window's version?

For this problem, I have three top solutions.

1. Reinstall the software and drivers. I've had to do this even if it's only a couple days in between reinstalation

2. Carefully take the plastic tip out of the pen and let the two pieces lay on their side for a few hours before reconnecting them.

3. It's broken, only solution is to get it replaced.

Oh great skies above I hope its not number three! Should be...BUT WHAT IF IT IS! Ahh!

I had that problem before and all I had to do was Reinstall the software and drivers. :O Hope it's only that for yours *crosses fingers*
