My Birthday has come and gone, and now it's Christmas Eve.
Bit it doesn't feel like it.
This whole year has flown by- and not in a good way. i'd swear it was still last year. Right now, it just doesn't feel like Christmas; there is no joy in the air. There is no happiness. There is only a blandness about the season, and that same blandness looking for the new year.
I don't know why everything seems so bleak. But I don't like it.
