WHAT I DIDNT O_O....
I am no longer a Temporary Employee at Wal-mart, and don't get too excited just yet, but nor am I a Regular Employee. Today was my last day working as a cashier, with a 100% customer satisfaction Rating, a customer and co-worker friendly attitude, a mostly perfect Attendance Record, a general praise of my performance by about 95% of the management staff both hourly and salary, and a 950 Scans per Hour Rate of performance. As of now I only have about 6 months worth of insurance money, a car that needs a blower motor/resistor repair/replacement and an oil change, a dog that needs various shots and a check up, and a potential University of Wisconsin-Parkside enrollment fee that need to be covered. And I must simply ask these simple questions.
What Did I Do Wrong?
Why Wasn't I Good Enough?
Whose Decision Was It To Fire [[u]/ALL] Of The Temporary/ Seasonal Employees Regardless Of Performance, Capability, Attitude, And Work Ethic?

Damn, I'm sorry to hear that. I feel your pain though, many times I've seen jobs I've applied for go to less qualified people with very poor employment history. I'm baffled myself.
