Stepping up the exercise

So I've decided to challenge myself to get in shape absolutely as fast as possible. To that end I've signed up for bodybuilder and professional trainer Mike Chang's exercise and diet program (I researched him and everything I can find seems to be legit). He has two paths available, the slow and steady path that works very well but takes time, and the emergency weight loss program for 2-4 weeks of quick weight loss if you absolutely have to have visible changes in a month. After those weeks you go back to the first program to maintain the weight loss and increase the muscle building at a normal pace.
Well, since I have something coming up in February I went with the fast track and wow is it intense! I'm going to be putting everything I have into this and won't have a lot of time for playing games or socializing for a couple weeks, but if it works I think it will be very worth it. I'm used to my comforts and this is going to be a bit tough on me, so expect me to be a little cranky for a while.
